Norlett rotovator
« on: February 25, 2010, 15:13 »
I have leaking seals on the drive shafts. There are chromed dust covers each side of the chain case drives behind which is the seal and pin bearing for each shaft according to my diagram. Does anyone know if these covers are push fit or screw fit?
It's only the hairs on a gooseberry that stop it from being a grape!

I'll have a look at my Norlet but my guess is they are not screw threads.
Mine have been leaking for the last few years but there is wear in the bearrings as well so new seals will not cure a leak.I would make sure your bearrings are ok or its a waste of time just doing the seals.
