brussels sprouts help

want to try something different with these lovely green baubles this year - ususally lightly steam but thought we would go for the 'with pancetta' taste this year - anyone got a good recipe  or method
just keep breathing................

I saw HFW cook some brussels the other night.  Did the usual steam for about 7 mins and then fried in butter and garlic, I might try that one, although it is pretty basic.

i guess then i could steam them then whilst they are steaming fry the pancetta, then add some butter and put in the sprouts and fry for a wee bit longer.........  might add some garlic too or that could be overkill...........thanks
