How to get 12 photos into a message (or series of messages) and why

Hi folks,
I'd like to show my chook house, the birds and modifications with an explanation as they link to a number of recent topics. The attachment limit is only 128KB, but most of my photos are around 850KB. The gallery doesn't seem the right place for them. Can someone tell me if it can be done?
