Nowhere to hang?

Hi All

I am rearing my own meat birds & although I have dispatched a couple before by hand I really didn't like it & instead I have bought a wall mounted dispatcher, but my question is about hanging, I read the section on preparing & dressing etc which says hang somewhere cool for a day, the problem is I have nowhere "Cool" to hang it  :?  so does anyone have any suggestions?
