Dont think I would as it is a VERY strong spicey flavour. Taint the eggs ?

I would grate it and freeze or grate and cover it in oil use it in cooking

Lol yeah best not give it to them then, i love strong ginger but they might not be so keen, wouldn't want to give them the runs  :tongue2:
