Garlic

How do I know when to pick my garlic, as the leaves have started going brown and drooping.

Mine were planted in November and I don`t expect to harvest until julyish when the leaves start to yellow.I think we need a little more info.as brown drooping leaves does not sound good.Where do you live?I would dig one up to see what`s happening.
