George has been a bit erratic in his visits lately. But there's a good chance he'll be there tomorrow as Gardener's World are there with a camera crew to film our senior plotter.
They couldn't miss the "shed" could they? ::)

Discovered this morning that George has had teeth removed, so he's conspicuous by his absence!
Here's a couple of pics taken this morning.

The kitchenette/diner!

And right outside the door...

Good thing George already has a wife because that kitchenette sure won't have the ladies flocking to him  :D

Dahlias are just plain gorgeous.

I've been on this web site for 15 months but only just discovered George's shed.  What an amazing thread and how wonderful is George?  Wouldn't this make a brilliant 'fly on the wall' documentary on how to 'make do and mend'.

Having read to page 19, I had to come and see if George was still at it...... really worried that the last real posts were September, as Paul Plots has asked .... can we have an update on George please.

I never thought to take any pics, but I go for a chat most days. I take him the day before's paper, as does the chairman, so George is well informed, but a day behind! ::)
He's busy in his greenhouses potting lots of bulbs in his special home made compost.

Today as I arrived he was stoking up the Saturday morning bonfire and wrapping potatoes in foil for his lunch! He's done some odd jobs for our Chinese tenants so they keep his shed kitchen supplied with chow mien and egg fried rice!

He said it was the "sort of estranged" Mrs. George's birthday today, which was the day after the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbour. I not sure if that's significant! ???

Must take some pics tomorrow of his dozens of bulbs.
