She seems to have gone back a step as a result of getting worked up by the fireworks. I'm thinking I may go to sleep for a few hours then check on her again, but she cries when I'm gone or ignore her  ::) I've just got her to drink some mixed up kitten milk to get her energy up and I've put more down for her to go back to. Evie says we must be patient and she will have them when she's good and ready  :tongue2:.... I may just give the night vets a call to see if I need to do anything else, they dont charge for phone advice so cant see the harm in just calling...

Sleep deprived, both me and her, and no kittens to show as of yet  ::) She got into the sleeping bag with me and snuggled, so has calmed down fully, but no more signs. I spoke with the vet who said if nothing by 9am she is having a scan (to check the kits are still okay, they seem to be moving a bit so hopefully they are). And then it may be the c-section

Good luck again. Hope the day goes well. I cant keep an eye on you cos I have to go out until late morning
By the way, I think you are one lovely person Caralou. So dedicated. I know who to turn to when my next stray turns up. I have said no more but I said that after no. 10, 11,12 and 13
Catch you later

You and Evie must be shattered  The sleepless nights my animals have given me :) Hope she has them today, good luck.
We have 17 chickens, 3 quail, 2 dogs, 3 cats and that's enough (for this week)

poor little mite must be frantic. And Evie too ! :D

Hope she can give birth before it comes to c-section. Either way, thinking of you both.

You lot are OK - I'm the Grandad  :D

Not been so worked up over a birth since I overtook a police car at high speed on the way to the maternity hospital...

So still no news?
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

None here - I've not rang Cara as I reckon she may be asleep or at the vets pacing up and down.

Evie's a lovely little cat but at this time she doesn't want any males nearby..
