Help! Hen looks like she is hallucinating???

I don't really know how to describe it....firstly I was alerted when I went to lock them up as she was really attacking all the younger ones!! But she looks like she's following things around that are not there??!! Real big head movements....all the same sort of clockwise\anticlockwise thing. It's like a tic!!! Am I being mad?

Have just been to check on her and she is still doing it - it's like a really exaggerated neck movement!! Fingers crossed that I am just barking!!!

She's been fine all day.....she's always the first one I notice if something is not quite right with her too!

I had a girl do lots of twitching type neck movements last year and that was down to an impacted crop
Was kind of hoping that would be the case
Has she had anything different today than normal? or been out on longer grass ?

No - everything was as normal today...out in the garden - so could be having plenty I don't know about. I will go and check on her again in a min!

Well I'm at a loss.....crop feels normal....she's quite bright....has watched a bit of x-factor and has returned to her bed!! Will see how she is in the morning!! It's funny how you get to know them and their personalities and quirks off by heart and pretty quick too!! My husband thinks I'm barking!! He also thought I was barking the night Hilda was eggbound....when she eventually laid a large soft egg after much olive oil and warm baths - he leapt in the air and announced it like I'd set it up!!!!

Wonder if she had something tickling her throat from within the crop.
Strange things sometimes.

Strangely....that would make a lot of sense!!!
Well - I'll leave her be and see what she's like tomorrow! Hopefully as right as rain!! She was quite happy in the living room.....I thought she'd protest at x-factor more than me!!
