no beards?

Hi all, i have a bit of an enquiry about my faverolle's , i have 4  three and a half month olds that i hatched myself, there is 1 girl and 3 boys. the girl and 1 of the boys both have beards, but the other 2 boys don't, is it just that they are behind or is there some other reosan why they would be missing them?

The boys should have beards and muffling present at that age. The development of beards and muffling won't reach full potential till much older, but should be equally apparent in both girls and boys :)

Well one girl and one boy have full beards and muffling, and have had so for a while know, but the 2 boys do have a few feather growing, so i will wait and see.
