Humidity in Incubation Help sort this out for me please.

I can not get this right in my head.
Some say dry incubation is the thing to do.
Others say 50% humidity from day 1.
What is the right answer.
Please let me know quickly as I have the incubator running.
Now retired from the day job and working hard on my smallholding.

Last few hatches I have done at 50% and have been successful :D
