My girls have recently moved into their 8x6 shed. My husband is moaning....telling me the floor needs a covering - or else it will rot!!! Will it? Won't it?
He's thinking of putting lino or oilcloth in there - so it's easy to drag out to hose off etc!! Feedback will be much appreciated thanks!!

I have an 8*6ft coop/shed with cushion lining to help protect the wood.  It also helps cleaning.
It cost £10

But beware of the dreaded mites that might be looking for somewhere to breed. 

I'm sure Mr RH will offer you further advice on the cleaning routine to prevent them.
He's very hot on the red mite problem.

Excellent!! I think I may get some of that!! Never thought of getting it a bit bigger before!! 

As for red mite - am happy to receive advice and help on that!

They had quite an infestation in the early days    and I have so far managed to keep them at bay ever since!! The girls get a frequent spray or dusting, so does their house!! I also attack their house with dettol - which seems to do a great job!!
