The best time to plant a new goosberry plant is apparently now.  What is the best time to move one, now whilst all leaves still on or later when the leaes have fallen off and the bush is more dormant?  I would have said the latter but not sure now.

I would have said the latter too but you might be better off doing it now when the weather is warmer. Prune it hard before and prepare the new site with loads of compost. Then keep it watered until it seems settled (has put cutains up etc). So in other words I don't really know.

There pretty hardy as i moved some unwanted ones in the summer then decided i wanted them lol and they made it through with some help. Lots of water manure around them and weeding every so often.  Go for it i cant see it being a problem.
