We have had our chickens for over a year, but have been adding to the brood over time. Just over a month ago, the eggs we are getting started tasting really earthy, they are completely different eggs from different breeds of chickens, so why are they all tasting so funny? We haven't changed their food or anything like that. Would be really grateful for anyone to help, thanks.

I have heard that if your birds eat a lot of grubs etc they can end up tasting a bit earthy. Then again mine eat loads and I have never noticed it.
