Green Tom Chutney Val's receipe

Green Tom Chutney Val's recipe and er I have er 1/2 all ingredients  (thanks Kate and her Ducks for the tom plants) but for got to half the sugar and vinegar.  Its all in jars and leaving it for a couple of months. 

What are your thoughts is it gonna be ok?

Did you boil it until it thickened? If so it will be fine I would have thought. Maybe a bit sweet. (A dozen jars in the cupboard and I think I'm an expert now...)
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Yes it thick and boiled.

I think you'll get away with it! Will probably take a bit longer for the vinegary taste to subside and be a bit on the sweet side.
