tomato plant - branches are spiraling like tendrils

i have 2 tomato plants that I have grown from seed, 1 is fine, but the second one is a bit odd looking, all the side branches (except the bottom two) have spiralled and look like tendrills. The plants are about 30-35cm high and have nice thich stems. Is this normal

sounds like need to go in a grow bag to me

or it might be bad light

it definately hasnt got weed + feed on it. I will post a picture later tonight when I get the sproggs into bed

If its the side shoots, they should be cut off unless it is a bush tomato??
