yes mate.
Richy and I got fed up with wiping our feet, and Auntie gets so grumpy if you use her doilies to clean the rotovators.
I remember the first and last time I ever went that fast. It was on a honda four cylinder motorbike. Just at about that speed, I got a front wheel wobble.
I was quite impressed with my control, as I brought it to a controlled stop.
Not the bike, you understand.
I'm talking about my bowels.

Should have stuck with a bike that was made for speed over long distances like the Triumph!

No, the Velocette Venom Vee-line, 101.1 mph average over 24 hrs, 6 riders who were not racing riders, Bertie Goodman was one of the six (owner of the firm). It included all stops for rider change and fuel.

Indeed but you see tin sweats and builds up humidity inside which is very bad for the polished aluminum and chrome bits! If one has older British iron the time must be spent riding and not polishing! Now fast with class is Vincent, especially the Black Lightning which could claim being the worlds fastest production motorcycle well up into the 70s and long after the original Vincent company ceased to exist. And don't forget the first British invasion at the Bonnyville Salt Flats in Western US. The number desigination, I was told, of a Triumph was how fast the production model ran at Bonnyville such as the T-120 of the 650 or the T-140 of the short-rod 750. The two that I had was the T-120R and the T-140V. Can ya tell I like Triumph? Here is a link for Vincent, I didn't know they revived them! Gotta check that out later!

I'm getting a bit cold locked in this shed, nearly two months since anyone dropped by.

Someone got a spare key to let me out?

Please.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
