Today I shall be mostly admiring my new shed. I think it's almost a piece of art, living history. I could probably get a grant and a protection order  :D

Sorry I though I read on another forum the council were taking the allotments for building, did  I miss they had changed their minds or is there a delay on execution to make taking over another plot viable :?:

We are tidying up the site ready for the Lotty Open Day we've got planned. We are still battling away with the council and shall continue to do so. The plots meanwhile are getting a spruce up, clean and tidy of rubbish etc ready for letting some plots on Open Day. Business as usual cos we're not down or out by a long chalk,. That particular plot is next to mine and the guy is not going to clear it come Domesday so I shall  8)

I can't believe nobody else has thought to celebrate ...

see link here (but ignore the photo of the slightly batty columnist!)

How shall we make our shed feel more loved?!

P.S. I'm not the batty columnist, just in case anyone was wondering.  It's just that she detracts from the shed!
