I'm a bit puzzled as to how you'd steal a registration number. Not like nicking chickens from Tesc*!

To be pedantic, a registration number is intangible, it exisits on the Sinclair ZX81 at DVLA.

Any good hackers here?

If we clone the numberplate of an existing shed we can drive it in the congestion zone and not pay for parking anywhere. :idea:
