Knock, knock.

Hello - can we come in yet?

Last spring turned into summer, into autumn and winter, now it looks like spring is here again as everyone is sowing tomatoes outside.

Got quite cold standing out here a couple of months back.

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I will do, but I've honestly not been in the Hen House again.

The horse manure heap was the warmest place I could find after being locked out.

I've brought these cheesy bread rolls to share - perhaps that's the smell.

They look fabulous Dave.  I've got a nice bit of gammon ham in the shed fridge and some fresh made mustard.   Kettle's on.  How many rolls would you like me dear :D

"Just the one Mrs. Wembley" to quote. I'm sure the others will be along later.

(I really did make these earlier BTW- Thanks again Ice).

Sorry Graham.  Can't you just pick it out, I won't be offened?

Paul -You have to be precise with this.

Standard dough made from 500g white flour with precisely some grated cheese added. Throw in bread machine on dough cycle.

Divide into 12 mini loaf tins and - you have to be exact here again - throw some more grated cheese on top.

Stick in airing cupboard, allow to rise, then fan assisted oven for 10 mins on 200C.

If making wholemeal 400g wholemeal flour, 100g white. Rises much better than just wholemeal alone.
