Oh that's easy!  She's a CouCou Maran.  I have one.   She's a lovely bird!

i would go with LRH too but as for the eggs, my maran wasn't a true maran as she never did lay a 'chocolate' or dark brown egg as i was told she would.  it was just a normal colour but with chocolate brown speckles if she felt like it and the eggs were smaller than the other girls'.

she was a very funny bird, she would often be so pleased with herself when she'd laid an egg she would 'stamp' it on top with her beak and break the shell. How peculiar is that LMAO.  She dropped the habit after a couple of months but it was a bit frustrating at times bless her.

Okay, now I'm not sure which Maran I have.  Mine has feathered legs.  I didn't know there two different kinds.

sigh.......if you have a feather footed maran then is a French Maran as opposed to an English Maran... :)
