I have one cooking apple tree and one eater, and have a bumper crop this year.
Cider may be one way to enjoy the harvest, however does anyone have a recipe that does not involve a press.
That is a simple recipe that involves chopped apples?

If you don't have a press how will you get the juice out? I want a press but cannot justify the cost of one.
