it may seem a dumb question to a lot of you but,will putting manure into my fine, sandy type soil,help it to hold moisture longer when i water :blush:
i dont suffer with insanity..........i enjoy every minute of it.

And throw in other organic matter to help the manure create 'bulk' for your soil. Leaves are fabulous, shredded ones are better, chopped straw, shredded paper. They all help build the tilth sand needs. You'll need to keep adding them every year.
