Large run dusting for red mite? Like Aunty's run!
« on: September 01, 2009, 08:41 »
Hi,

Quick question, will I need to dust my run for red mite and if so how often or do they only really live in the houses?

Run is going to be approx 12ft by 6ft.

I would not bother dusting your run. In fact I do not bother with dust.  I have some but I use it to make the coop smell nice and that is it.  I use observation (daily checks) then if I see em BLAST EM.
