Chick Punch Up

I know, I know. . . . it's only play acting BUT, I have one chick with a very red spot on her/his comb and is cowarding in the hen house.  They just turned one month old and two out of the three started the day out with the black and white striped chick in dominance and now after alot of punch ups, is the cowarding one in the hen house.  I know they are just sorting out the pecking order . . .  but this seems like nonstop aggression.  Oh do tell me that they aren't cockrels.    Luckily the tiny littler Frizzle has nothing to do with it . . . yet.
