do you know what the vet gave her for worms ?
the general use by the experienced keepers on this site is flubenvet for worms, verm x is an alternative.
poultry shield will help eradicate red mite, and diatom will help to keep down their numbers.
she may still be feeling unwell, so try a tonic to help her get back to her old self, life guard is added to water, and the dose can be altered slightly to help a bird get over stress, poultry spice is added to their food.
i would certainly try a tonic, but if she is no better take her back to the vet.
