« on: August 27, 2009, 07:37 »

some people are like slinkys......they're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face as you push them down the stairs!!

Hi & welcome to the forums.

A lot of folk, (including me), have got this. It's down to the weather conditions. Caulis prefer it cool & damp. Bend some leaves over the curds to protect them from the sun.

Taste OK though!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

We were recommended here recently to use cloths pegs to hold the leaves over the curds.

I have to report it works a treat :D

It's amazing how adaptable an old piece of wood can be.
