i would say bring her in and keep quiet and warm, she will go into shock.
my westi x had one of ours the other day and couldnt walk properly for days(the cockerel that is).but this happened on a v sunny afternoon.so left him out with his friend.ok now though.
would be concerned with the damp, and with shock you may lose her.
im no expert, but see what others think also.
its nice to be nice

Give her a really good, gentle check over to see if there's any sore spots. She could have internal injuries or breaks.
As poppie says, shock is a worry. :(

There is really nothing you can do except give her warmth , quiet and prefereably darkness.
It may be that you will offset the onset of the shock that she will develop and hopefully by morning you will know the outcome.
I lost a very beautiful female fantail the other week to my dog who just was faster than she was. I was mortified and have changed the door on the conservatory to a stable door so we can check the garden and see if the doves or the chickens are on the ground on the dogs side of the fence.
I feel for you.
Hope things turn out ok.
Now retired from the day job and working hard on my smallholding.

right i put her in her bed for a bit earlier and she had a rest she is eating and drinking fine then lifted her out to see if she had any interest in helping me dig for worms and she did think she is going to be ok she then stayed out for 10 mins and it was time for bed she followed me to the shed and ate some more and had some lettuce there favorite and are now all snuggled up in there beds so hopefully she will still be with me in the morning fingers crossed

I think you have done the right thing, if she is mobile, without any evidence of more serious injury, by that I mean broken skin, limping, dropped wing, then popping her back where she feels safe and comfortable is the best thing. Stress in these circumstances can be a killer. If it is at all possible, keep the dog far away from the chooks, for the time being, as it is a bit like surviving a fox attack then seeing the fox! :)
Good luck, I hope she is back to her usual self tommorrow! :) :)

I have got a Maran cockerel who was dragged through stock fencing by a fox, last year, luckily I got there in time, and saved him, I thought he wouldn't survive as he had puncture wounds and was in shock, I kept hime seperate for a couple of days and treated his wounds, this year he has fathered loads of chicks  :).
Good Luck,
