What a nightmare!  Sounds like you are doing all the right things.

Re night time separation, I used a pet carrier placed into the coop, so my poorly hen was private and safe, but could still see and be seen by the rest of the gang, and then she came out with the rest of them in the day.

Re pecking.  Haven't had cause to use it, but I've got something called Featherite.  A clear liquid spray which the label says tastes VERY bitter, and to be used to stop the habit of feather plucking.  Might be useful deterant?  Has anyone used it?
