I think you will find it's a bit late now.I tried an early variety about a month ago and germination was rubbish.DD is the expert perhaps he may be able to give you more advice.

It's too late really.

You can sow them later for over wintering to get an early crop, but in my opinion it's not worth the hassel to keep them going over this period just to get peas a couple of weeks early. You have to keep them protected from all the winter ravages.

Far better, I think, to sow early spring.

Mid to late March.

If you get them in early you can avoid the dreaded pea moth.
