Advice on showing veg and fruit at horticultral show

Hello
Its our horticultural show this Saturday and I would like to enter sonething.
The only things I have are blackberries and sweet peas.

The classes are "plate of 18 cultivated blackberries"
and
"6 sweet peas".

So hints and tips would be gratefully received from the "experts"
