Pink Curds!?

Pink Curds!?

Just been to harvest a Cauli for my tea and the curd has turned pink! or about 50% of the top of the curd has.

Most important thing for me at the moment is can i still eat it ?

Also what causes this does anyone know?

Pink Cauliflower Cheese  ??? theres a first  :D
