Have you got a setup suitable for quails ?
There's a few members who have reared quails who could advise you what you'll need. Are you going into it for just a few to keep as pets ?

I assume you are not being deliberately obtuse.

You have two threads going, both called quail.  If you read the other thread you will see at least two members mentioned who have previously reared quail.  That answers your question about which members have reared quail.

That is what I meant by 'read your other thread'.
