Massive Cabbages

I've grown some cabbages in the poly tunnel and they have grown huge!!! only trouble is they are all leaf and no heart, the leaves are huge and i've been looking at them wondering if I could eat the leaves, bit like greens, any suggestions??

Don't see why not - after all, a cabbage heart is just the leaves without the air spaces in between  :)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Brassicas do not like warmth!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
