Baby chard leaves

Please excuse me if this is a very obvious and stupid question, but can small chard leaves be used in salads?

I was a bit heavy-handed at sowing time and now they need some equally heavy-handed thinning .

I use the really small ones, I find the stalks are a bit tough if they're much bigger - but then i just use them in a stir fry instead - yummy!

Yes, and they are quite yummy in salads.
