 Hello, I“m new to freezing vegs.. my question is, after blanching&freezing, is it better to defrost thoroughly for eating or do we need to use them strainght from the freezer

snap, but be careful they don't need much cooking, cos the blanching did some of that

Me too.  And Mum's right - arent they (annoyingly) always right???     - they are more than part cooked, so take it gentle till you get the timing right.  With beans you really are just heating through.
