we had courgettes last year that were that shape, they grew huge, really, really quickly

well its about the size of a tennis ball and swelling fast, we now have six on teh one plant and they seem to grow before your eyes. they like rain whatever it is  :blink:

Round courgette is my guess as well. I have some growing this year.

Looks like the round courgettes I got from Seeds of Italy!  They are supposed to be picked at tennis ball size, but my last 2 were more grapefruit sized!!!

Well the OB who gave it too us has just discovered his seeds are wrong and he has melons

What is very big? Nothing to judge it against to get scale.

Looks like pumpkin. I have a couple on a plant that look like that.
