Cutting tomatoes back

My toms are all doing great in the greenhouse with plenty of fruit and lots more flowers but there is also an abundance on foliage and wondered if anyone thins out the leaves.

I certainly do once the fruit has started to reach a reasonable size.

All yellowing ones go as a matter of course, the other get cut back by about 1/3 to 1/2. This allows light in and air to circulate.

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

same as DD - the leaves below the lowest truss and any that are surrounding the fruit
