Spaceing for sweetcorn

I put mine 12" to 18" apart, make sure you plant them in a block to aid pollination

I planted mine about that distance but one of the "old boys" on the plot told me I could have planted them a lot closer together & saved a lot of space, his are closer together & look perfectly fine 

I did mine the same spacing but i would also like to try alot closer next year, mine are really healthy now but dont have any tassles does this mean no corn for us 

Early days yet for some of us BQ. Mine are not showing yet.

Also, if it were the case that I got no tassles this year, the last thing I'd do is plant them even closer next!

18" for me - every year.

Okay will wait and see, I just love corn and have never had it fresh so I am getting impatient
