I made some jam last night... two and a half jars
It's the first time that i have made it and it tastes amazing (stawb, raspberry and a few billberries)
To be honest it seemed a little bit too easy......beginners luck maybe?
Anyhow, my question is regarding sealing the pots, i just put a circle of baking paper on the jam, then put the original lid on......is this ok? Will it keep? TBH i don't think that we will struggle to eat this batch
but i want to do some more tomorrow for Christmas.
Also how do you know if you have over set it?
