courgette help

I planted some courgette seeds and they are all doing well but some plants are producing flowers but no fruit. When they do produce fruit it seems to always go soft at one end (the flower) and start to go bad. I dont over water them and the plants are very healthy.

Another strange thing is one of my plants from the same seeds has produced one that has developed tendrils and is climbing all around the greenhouse. The flowers are tiny yellow star shaped. Know idea what type this is.
