Well done, all looks fantastic, particularly the beetroot.  You are about a month in front of my produce by the looks of it.  Our broad beans have been feeding us for a couple of weeks now, but we are a long way from the courgettes and french beans.  I am not surprised you are proud of yourself.

those beetroot look mouth wateringly good.  I did get 1 small courgette and half a dozen small runner beans yesterday, but apart from sugar snaps, mange tout and some peas, nothing else is ready.

What I "picked" June 21st.... in the trailer & ready to cycle home:-

new (rocket) potatoes, beetroot, spring onion, lettuce, elephant garlic, broad beans, those flat pea pod thingies, sweet peas and sweet williams and a pot full of raspberries.... half of which cannot be seen..... but I was chuffed!  ;)

As well as puffed by the time I'd cycled home!  ::)

Thanks very much, Remy... but it isn't every day I trundle home with a larder full...hence the photo.

It's most often just a carrier-bag on the handle-bars  ;)

Nice carrots Remy!  :) Mine are still thinking about it.... had trouble germinating a full row this year... some that did come up disappeared again - slugs?

So far today harvest = one line full of washing out and in again between rain drops!  :(

More courgettes ;)

Like you I'm really chuffed any day that I bring a full meals worth home, although I do have "something" to bring home pretty much every day, and I get just as much of a kick out of that.

Like Learner, although not just yet, I will have some days when I can bring home a larder full

Either way I get a huge buzz out of eating something that started off as a tiny little seed and just got thrown in some mud :D

:D, a tried and tested harvest the length and breadth of our fair isle ;)
