The MP for Gosport might be able to help
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

This is mine (now has roof felt on it).

Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

How big do I need to make it for four runners? (I'm counting my ducks before they've hatched here).
Know they don't need perches so what is the best flooring and what would you lay down as bedding? Use straw and hempcore (sp) for chickens so have both to hand.
When you shut them away at night do you put food and water in the house?
Thanks  ;)

For runners make the entrance easy to get in, they are not good at heights being upright, a small ramp is OK but nothing too steep is preferable. I give mine a little extra room and head height (compared to a chicken) they like to be able to stand up in their house. A fully grown runner is around 14 inches tall. They grow very quickly and at around 8 - 9 weeks old aren't  that far off their final height.
I use easibed for bedding with a layer of finely chopped straw on top, the easibed absorbs any damp and stops the base from getting too grotty. I dont put any water or feed in their house after about 4 weeks old.
Hope this helps! :)

It is indeed! And they like it a lot more than their old posh ark that cost me a fortune! I use hemcore in it which works well. The don't have any posh perches or divisions. The top half of the front comes off for easy cleaning and access.
