My Garden
« on: July 04, 2009, 12:32 »
Thought I would post some pics of my veg garden. Been a lot of work this last year, the walled garden had only animals in it for the last 30+ years. I Started digging the first two plots at the end of last year. The plan is to restore the entire garden to its former glory, hopefully earning me some cash along the way. First time I have grown any veg, think I am doing ok, what do you think?

Looks like a great job you're doing. I like the design too, with the circular bit in the middle. I would love to have a place like that  :)

Willing volunteers always welcome. The garden is in middle of 12 acres, so plenty of room for anyone wishing to bring a tent! I have done 99% of the work on my own and am now starting to feel the strain. The pictures only show half of the garden

The untouched half!

There's just one hitch to a walled garden.

The cost of repairing the brickwork if you have to do so.  Sigh.
