Charlotte for Christmas

Our local garden centre is offering Charlotte seed potatoes next week.Is it worth planting them for Christmas.I would do them down my plot if they will be any good.Anybody tried this before.

There were a lot of threads about this last year beansticks, I'd suggest a quick search will reveal some of them.

Most people were less than overjoyed with the results - they went in too late, and/or got frosted and thus killed.

However, if you want to give it a try and are prepared to protect from frost, it's worth a try
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

put them in the greenhouse early september for Christmas day new potatos
always have a target
and an objective.
