Chutney chutney chutney!!!

WHOO HOO!!! We've just cooked our first real food from the lotty, we've harvested salad stuff but today we pulled some beetroot and made some chutney from it and some of our onions

Amazing to think that this morning it was still rooted in the ground and this afternoon there's a couple of jars of our own home made chutney sat on the windowsill!

Well...I don't have my own recipes so it's merely one pulled from the net...I'll taste the said chutney and if it's nice...I'll post it up
