araucana not internally pipped!

have had a couple of dead in shell chicks! 1 had internally pipped but died before external, others had died before internal pip but the last araucana egg i made a small hole in the blunt end and it is alive (i can see it making breathing movements!) but it hasnt internally pipped and today is day 22? Have any of you guys had this and is it likely to hatch?
