DO I NEED TO WATER

I have just sown some seeds in my allotment and planted out some potatoes, do i need to water them seeing as it has been so dry lately or can i let mother nature do it for me, when she's ready of course!

simple answer is yes water them. Spuds needs a fair amount of water.
