stir fry with harvest - question

I have managed to harvest a bit of veg in order to make a stir-fry tongith (soooo excited!!)

i've picked a chocolate pepper, a few gooseberries (i know that sounds weird but it's sweet and sour), some spinach, immature peas (thanks for the tip!) and a turnip.

my question relates to the turnip- can i use the leaves in the stir-fry?

it just seems like such a waste to throw them on the compost.....

We had a Greek dish a few nights ago.  Essentially it was finely sliced turnips stir fried with turnip tops.  It was very good (and I don't normally like turnips!).
