runner beans

hello,,,my runner beans have a few black marks on them an spreading,,is this blackfly,,,an wonder how to cure this,,,helpppppppppppppppp

Are they on the underside of the leaves so you squish them with your thumb or are the marks within the leaf some thing like leaf spot.
